We are a membership based studio that provides multiple, size controlled classes on a weekly basis. Our quaint and intimate environment is perfect for any fitness level. With the supervision of an on-sight trainer, each person will be able to work at her own pace, while being inspired by the women around her. Building on this community support, the individual will also receive direction and suggestions from our qualified staff.

Unlimited class membership details:
12 person maximum capacity per class
Classes are limited, and reserved based on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis through the FREE MINDBODY App
Members may attend as many classes in one month at their discretion.
Members MUST use the Mindbody app to sign in and reserve space in the class.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
